Return Guidelines

• Please be aware that if you've requested customization for an item, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds under any circumstances.
• Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect deliveries.

Refunds

After receiving your package a refund will be made within 14 days. You will be notified by email.

Return Procedure

• To initiate a return, please send an email to info@studiomagnolia.eu, indicating your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.
  
• We will provide you with a convenient Return Label via email for easy return shipping. Simply apply the return label to your parcel and drop it off at your local post office.
• Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will process your refund, deducting the return costs.
